Patricia Dickie Stevens passed away June 12, 2026, at her home in Roseland, Virginia after courageously waging battle with vascular dementia and cancer.

She was born at Valley View farm in Nelson County to the late William Lewis Dickie and Sallie Ervine Dickie on June 11, 1938.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Marjorie Dickie Midkiff, Emilie Louise Dickie Brugiuere, and Barbara Dickie Helms; brother, Gilmer Ervine; son-in- law, Patrick Parrish, and step-grandson, Andrew Blaine Boyd.

She is survived by her daughters, Angela Stevens Boyd and husband, James (children John Frederick Stevens Pifer and Elizabeth Caroline Boyd and great-grandson Easton John Pifer), and Mary Catherine Stevens Parrish, and her four- legged dog, Windy.

She was a graduate of Fleetwood High School and Averett Junior College and attended Radford

College. From a young girl and throughout her adult life, Patricia had a passion for horses, dogs, roses, music and art. One could almost find her either in the barn, the garden, or painting in the art room. She also enjoyed hosting bridge clubs and "pickin' parties".

Patricia made her career as a volunteer. She contributed many hours as a Girl Scout troop leader, elementary school clinic aide, hospital auxiliary volunteer, Red Cross and served as an EMT with Roseland Rescue Squad.

Patricia was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, sister, friend and the last of "Those Dickie Girls". She will be truly missed, yet her family is comforted in knowing that she is reunited with the love of her life, her childhood sweetheart and husband, Jack. Patricia is finally "Home".
